Adult Programs

The library hosts programs for the community, usually in the auditorium, on a variety of subjects of interest and of use to the public. Author and poet readings, People's Law School presentations and health and social issues are typical of programs offered.

Learning at Lunch
Learning at Lunch happens the first and third Fridays of each month at noon in the Library/Museum Auditorium. You are invited to drop in between 12 and 1 pm with or without your lunch, have a cup of tea and cookies, and listen to a speaker on a topic of interest which may range from health and safety to an author reading, the law, lifestyle concerns, travel or anything else. Inform yourself at this low-key setting and meet other interesting individuals. This program is free of charge and everyone is welcome.
